Just back from a week on beautiful Martha’s Vineyard, where once I again I got to join the writing residency that has contributed so much to my career as a novelist. (And yes, I did not mind at all trading the sunny, balmy California weather for a week of chilly rain. A chance to wear all of my sweaters!) While I was there I got the opportunity to pop into one of my favorite bookstores in the country, Edgartown Books, and sign some stock of The Lost Letters from Martha’s Vineyard.
